The tool was very easy to use and the responses I received were very worthwhile. I loved the willingness of experienced practitioners to respond. I will definitely be using the service again.

The Advisor was great! His response was supportive of my ideas as well as being filled with great information and insights from his own experience and perspective. He offered to communicate more and I took him up on that with a phone call. He listened attentively, and his responses were both thought provoking and useful. He's doing great work in the world and with students!

The experience was incredibly fulfilling. The question I was asked by a young student was thoughtful and extremely relevant to me. The platform that U-M uses to enable me to communicate my feedback could not have been easier or more pleasant to use. It was 10 minutes out of my week with an incredibly high time:reward ratio.

It was a great experience for me as the 'mentor' to discuss my experience and share my thoughts with respect to serving as a guide. I approached this less as telling the students what to do and more as a giving insight backed by sharing personal stories as examples. Without question, I felt that the student I spoke with was not only mature in his thought process but was on the right track. My input was more to help him expand on his thoughts, build confidence and stimulate new thoughts.
